  1. Design Stage

First, we meet with our customers on-site to understand their goals and preferences for their pool design. This includes the shape, colour and position. We’ll also look at the specific site requirements. For example, some of the things we look at include the slope of the land, access for machinery, and the location of the pool in proximity to services. These include stormwater, water supply, telecommunications, and electricity. If necessary, we may also provide recommendations on things such as retaining of soil, boundary fencing and vegetation removal to ensure that the pool reaches compliance once installed.

We also are keen to find out if you have any additional inclusions or accessories that you would like included as part of the installation. After all, the possibilities are endless! For instance, you may want extra concreting around the pool, paving around the pool, or a concrete slab for your pump and filter. You could even add a water feature, robotic pool cleaner, glass fencing, or a sheltered area to provide shade during the hot summer months.

  1. Quote and Contract Stage

Next, after the design stage is complete, we provide a detailed fibreglass swimming pool installation quote. This can include extras such as landscaping if the customer wishes. Our quotes outline inclusions and exclusions and we encourage our customers to take time to look at these and ask any questions you may have. When the customer is happy to proceed with the quote, we will arrange for home warranty insurance, signing of contracts, drafting of site plans, and submission of plans to the council for review and approval.

  1. Construction Process

Once formal approval from council is gained, we’ll be in touch to provide an estimated time frame for commencing works. Our work on site will begin by clearing the area where the pool will be installed and marking out the site ready for excavations to take place.

From there we will arrange for:

  • Excavation for pool
  • Installation of your new fibreglass swimming pool into the ground.
  • Installation of temporary fencing
  • Backfilling your pool and filling it with water
  • Concreting of Bond Beam
  • Hookup of your preferred filtration system

  1. Pool Completion

The big day is finally here! Completion involves our team’s full handover of your new swimming pool. You can start to enjoy your investment and all the benefits it will bring to your lifestyle. Also, we’ll provide you with tips for running and maintaining your pool in a sparkling condition.
